BUILT AROUND YOUR WORKFLOW

A place to write.
A foundation to build on.

01 / COLLABORATE

Work on it together.

We’re building shared drafts, live editing, and a clear path from an idea to a published page.

02 / CONNECT

Bring your own agent.

Our planned MCP interface will let your tools set up content, understand schemas, and help build your website.

03 / MAKE IT YOURS

Choose your frontend.

Structured content and Portable Text are the planned foundation for the website you want to create.

CONTENT THAT OUTLIVES THE FIRST BUILD

A headless CMS for
your AI-built website.

An agent can create your frontend. Your content still needs a place where people can update a page, review an article, or add a translation without rebuilding the editing workflow.

Blockquote is being developed to make that handoff work. Your website owns its components and rendering. The CMS will manage structured content, collaborative drafts, and publication through interfaces for both people and authorized agents.

What is Blockquote?

Blockquote is a headless CMS coming soon for people and external AI agents. Its planned content system combines developer-defined schemas, collaborative drafts, Portable Text, and website integration through an SDK and MCP.

Can I use Blockquote today?

Blockquote is coming soon. Join the waitlist and confirm your email to receive launch updates.

What does AI-native mean for a CMS?

For Blockquote, it means an external agent should be able to discover content schemas, set up a site, create page content, and help connect a frontend through an authorized MCP interface. The main goal is working with the AI tools you choose.

Will I have to use Blockquote’s built-in AI?

No. The planned MCP interface is for external AI tools. Optional built-in editorial assistance will help with drafts and translations, but it is not required for the external-agent workflow and has not shipped yet.

Will Blockquote work with Next.js and other frameworks?

The content backend is designed to be independent of your frontend. A TypeScript SDK and a Next.js integration example are planned. Your website will own its components, routes, and rendering. Public access is coming soon.
